Baoti has world-class equipment and the most advanced titanium production systems in China, including the Electron Beam Cold Hearth Furnace, 10t VAR furnaces, a 2500t forging press and a precision forging press. Meanwhile, we continuously invest in building and optimizing the production lines of large-size billet, titanium seamless tubes, plate finishing, bars and wires to improve our equipment level, production ability and enhance market competitiveness.
Baoti Hua Shen Titanium Industry ltd. was established in 2007 and has made Baoti one of the companies which is an integrated titanium producer across the whole supply chain – from sponge to final product. The annual sponge production capacity has reached ten thousand tons.
Scrap Recycling System
The scrap recycling system contains advanced equipment, including crushers, washing machines, dehydrators, high intensity magnetic separators, x-ray online detection and measurement systems, portable identifiers, hydraulic shears and shot-blasting machines. Our capacity is in the range of 3000 mt/year.
Our melting system for titanium ingots, contains very advanced equipment, including a 2400kw Electron Beam Cold Hearth furnace, 15t vacuum arc furnaces, sponge mixing and distribution systems, a 8000t hydraulic press and vacuum plasma welding chambers. Baoti´s annual melting capacity is over 30000 mt.
Precision Casting System
The system is for precision investment casting and graphic casting of titanium and titanium alloys, as well as casting of zirconium alloys, nickel alloys and other specialty alloys. The integrated system includes casting, patternmaking, shell making, and pouring, consisting of advanced equipment such as vacuum consumable electrode arc furnaces of 1t, 200kg, and 50kg, a vacuum induction furnace of 200kg, vacuum skull furnaces of 25kg, 150kg, and 500kg, circular disk wax injectors, double-post wax injectors and an electric dewaxing furnace.
The system contains a 2500t high-speed forging press, a SXP-13 precision forging machine, a 3150t hydraulic press and a 3000 mm diameter CNC ring rolling machine. The products include billet, bar, discs, rings, forgings, slabs, wires of titanium and titanium alloys as well as rare metals. The quality meets international aerospace standards. The 10,000t forging press and its related facilities meet the needs for large diameter forging billet, such as those required in aerospace applications.
Bars and Wires System
The system is mainly for production of rods and wires of titanium and titanium alloys. It contains a rolling line, S100 and S60 barkers, a 250 rolling mill, a handstand type drawbench, a multiroll straightener, a 500kg vacuum induction furnace and a 500 anti-vacuum induction furnace.
The system is used to produce titanium and titanium sheets and plates as well as many other metal clad sheets and plates. It includes equipment such as a 3300mm-wide rolling mill, a 1200mm hot milling roll, a 1219/1250mm cold milling roll, vacuum annealing furnaces, surface machines and vacuum creep flattening furnaces. Our high quality sheet and plate such as Ti-6Al-4V has been widely used in the aerospace industry all over the world.
With the 20-high cold rolling mill, we are capable of supplying titanium strip coils for PHE (plate frame heat exchanger), welded tube applications and a wide range of other strip and coil applications.
Seamless Tubes System
The system contains integrated product lines of titanium and titanium alloy seamless tube production equipment, including a 3150t extrusion machine, a 1000t piercing machine, vacuum annealing furnaces and several tube rolling mills.
Welded Tubes System
Xi’an Baotimetvalinox Welded Ltd. was established on December 27, 2005 - specialized in the production of welded titanium tubes. The company has two world-class welding lines in operation.
